To ensure world-class quality, technicians underwent specialised training in Germany and now manage South Africa’s only high-level repair facility for such instruments, one so advanced that even competitors rely on its services.

Backed by South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) manufacturing licences and a substantial investment in precision equipment including a 4-axis milling machine, CNC lathe, and laser welder, the company operates a fully owned, debt-free facility. This infrastructure, combined with partnerships with local service providers, will accelerate tool development and production scalability.
